Last July 19, 2025, during the Evangelistic Meeting at Dinagat Islands, I was blessed to receive a New Testament Bible Note Worthy from Pr. Leonardo Heyasa Jr., President of the Philippine Publishing House. This Bible is printed by Thomas Nelson, this Bible has been a meaningful companion in my journey through the Word.
What makes it special is its thoughtful design. The text is clear and easy to read, which really helps during long sessions. The wide margins are perfect for taking notes, sermon points, or personal reflections right beside the verses and sometimes right after a chapter. It is design for reading because there is a challenge that you have to finish reading this Bible on week 52 Day 7. The last few pages of this Bible is a space for you to write your journal.
I finish reading it in 22 weeks or about 157 days. I made this Bible my partner, I did not use this Bible for preaching but just for personal meditation. My intention to read was not for lecture, or for preaching but just to read and ponder what God wants me to understand.
Final thoughts: Receiving this Bible was a gift, but using it has been a blessing. The Bible Note Worthy encourages not just reading, but deeper engagement and reflection. It’s a tool for discipleship – to study and to grow in Christ.
